A wine with an intense colour and violet reflections, on the nose its scent is enhanced by hints of fresh fruit, cherry with spicy notes that blend with great balance and elegance to those of sweet and vanilla expressed from the wood. The taste is enveloping, silky, soft tannins, rich and persistent finish.
The name Tellus refers to the Roman goddess of the earth. Made entirely from Syrah, the grapes for this wine were fermented in stainless steel followed by five months in second-passage French and American oak barrels. The resulting wine is yet another delicious masterpiece from Riccardo and Renzo Cotarella.
