Pale yellow color with greenish reflections. Vibrant on the palate with fresh fruit and balanced acidity. Light and refreshing, recommended as an aperitif with antipasti, pasta courses and seafood.
Made from 100% Pinot Grigio.
Fermented in in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 60-62 degrees F degrees for 4 days days.Malolactic fermentation is not carried out.The wine is aged for 3 months followed by an additional a few months in bottle in bottle prior to release from the winery.
