Aromas of wet pebble, stone fruit, young pear and granny smith apple fruit notes with an underlying streak of cinnamon spice. Finishes with a streak of acidity on the mineral finish.
This was a cool and moderate vintage, and as such the Girl Talk is a true reflection of site and vintage conditions. The wine dispays wet pebble and young pear and granny smith apple fruit notes with an underlying cinomin spice. The wine has terrific structure simmilar to riesling, a leaner more elegant style than the 2010. A vintage that will reward cellaring.
