Aromas and flavors of dark red fruit, tobacco, licorice and cassis. A full-bodied red with structure, depth and velvety tannins on the finish.
(75% Cabernet Sauvignon/21% Merlot/3% Cabernet Franc/1% Petit Verdot). The grapes were picked by hand. Fermentation began naturally a little over one week after picking. The wines were pressed 10 to 14 days later and transferred to French oak (30% new).
