Castello delle Regine Bianco delle Regine

Chardonnay (30%), Sauvignon (30%), Riesling (30%) and Pinot Gris (10%), harvested by hand, vinified with cold maceration, which enhances the intense component of banana , lime and herbs. Straw-colored light on the palate is fruity, fresh and full-bodied. A complex and particular wine that combines body, freshness and aroma.

The vines grow in the Company internal hills, where the soil and climate characteristics highlight its typicality. The forest that surrounds the vineyards favors a high temperature range between day and night, enhancing the aromatic components of the grapes. The structure of the soil, mainly clay, alternating with sandy areas and other mixed structure that characterizes the peculiarities of the territory

The musts are vinified and raised separately in stainless steel vats 50 and 75 HI, with cold maceration and fermentation at controlled temperature. The masses are assembled just before bottling. None of the components undergoes malolactic fermentation in order to preserve maximum freshness that joins a course wide and rich structure.
