A floral style with violets and dried yellow flowers, some hay bale and brambly mixed red fruits. The palate's all strawberry fruit flavours with fine, easy tannin grain and a juicy, gentle finish.
A blend of various parcels from the extensive Babich vineyards in Marlborough. Fermented in open vats. Extended maceration and then drained off the skins into new and neutral oak barriques for 10 months.
