A medium-bodied wine with aromas of fresh red and black fruit with notes of hazelnuts and sweet spices. Bright acidity and fine tannins round out the finish.
(85% Cabernet Sauvignon/15% Cabernet Franc). Grapes from Max V Vineyard were destemmed, crushed and fermented in stainless steel and macerated for 18-38 days post-fermentation. The wine aged for 12 months in 20% new French (90%) and American (10%) oak.
