AROMA: A wine with a very varietal, complex nose. Good balance between fully ripe red fruits and creamy oak; well assembled.COLOUR: Cherry ruby, somewhat more covered at the edges.FLAVOUR: Velvety entry into the mouth, with gentle tannins, well structured with a balsamic finish.
Grapes from vineyards over 40 years old; cold-macerated in tanks for 4 days. Subsequently fermentation was started with selected yeast, to bring out the frutal aromas obtained during cold maceration and those characteristic of the variety. Malolactic fermentation done in the cask, continued for 10 months in new American oak casks. Subsequently bottled and left to complete the refining process.
