Expressive aromas of blackberry, smoke, spice cake and cracked pepper mingle with pronounced cherry and blackberry flavors. Finishes with fine grained tannins, with volume and a long fruit filled finish.
A blend of Garnacha (50%), Tempranillo (40%) and Graciano (10%). Pre-fermentation maceration lasts five days and fermentation is carried out in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Post fermentation maceration lasts seven days after which the Garnacha is aged seven months in concrete vats and the Graciano and Tempranillo portions are aged nine months in neutral French oak.
