Our Burgundian Pinot Noir is elegant and refined with cherry and red fruit flavors complimented by alight smokiness and spice. The dense ruby color is as bold as the cherry and spice bouquet. True to theBurgundian style and to the varietal, the wine has an earthiness to it that graduates into bright and boldred fruits. This wine continues to unfold up until the smooth finish.
Fermented in stainless steel open-top fermentors for 16 days. 10 months in French oak barrels with 4months sur lies.
Recommended food pairing is with pheasant, roast duck, grilled seafood and French cheeses.
