Tenuous straw-yellow color, at times with a pale old-gold tone. Fruity odor with clean scents of green hazelnuts and wild chamomile. Fresh, sapid flavor with sensations similar to those offered by the odor.
VINIFICATION:The grapes, collected by hand, are soft pressed and the must is immediately separated from skins and placed at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks for fermentation at a low temperature 20° C. (68° F.). MATURATION:To preserve the bright color, fresh and fragrant smells there is no aging in wood barrels. Roero Arneis wine shows its finest characteristics in its first years.
