Feudi di San Gregorio Greco di Tufo

The perfume is intense and persistent. One can recall in the nose clear sensations of fruit. For the taste, one immediately preceives the broad acidity and the spicy minerality, typical of a vine cultivated in Tufo. Immediately following, there are soft notes of balsamic.

Grapes are harvested in early to mid-October. Immediately following harvest, grapes are de-stemmed and undergo a gentle press followed by cold settling at 57˚F for 24-48 hours. Fermented in stainless steel between 61 - 64˚F. No malolactic fermentation.

We like a nice, mild, dry, white, which this is. The wine, service,& packaging were all more-than-adequate!
