Color: Lovely straw yellow.
Bouquet: Ample and very intense with a fragrance of sage and ripe fruit.
Taste: Soft and delicate on the palate with a persistent and lingering fruity finish that hints of musk (where the grape name comes from)
The grapes are harvested slightly over-mature, soft-pressed and vinified “in bianco” (or “off the skins”). Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature of 68 degrees Fahrenheit.
100% Moscato Bianco.
Ideal with appetizers such as prosciutto and melon along with soft cheeses, fresh and dried fruits, spicy foods and desserts.
