Tasting Notes Deep plum in colour with purple hues, the Stamp of Australia Cabernet Sauvignon shows ripe fruit aromas of black cherry and plum. Developed aromas of tobacco and cigar box are apparent on the nose, as are notes of cinnamon and cloves which are complemented by the soft oak. On the palate, ripe juicy fruit flavours are contrasted by soft tannins and well balanced acidity. This is an easy drinking medium bodied wine with a persistent finish.
