Wine Maker Notes
This wine is produced from vineyards scattered throughout the Valpolicella Classico region, from the hillsides of the Negrar Valley near Verona stretching west towards Lake Garda in the villages of San Pietro in Cariano and Fumane. Vinified in stainless steel and macerated on the skins for 10 days, Cesari Valpolicella Classico is aged for six months in stainless steel. Dry and velvety on the palate, this well-balanced red offers a fresh, fruity bouquet with aromas of wild berries. Pair this wine with tomato-based pastas or grilled meats.
