Pale yellow in color and slightly frizzante, this Moscato d’Asti has intense aromas of peaches, rose petals and ginger. On the palate it is delicately sweet with modest acidity, good balance and a finish of fresh apricots.
From 40 year old vines from Castiglione Tinella. Primary fermentation in stainless steel autoclave to preserve some CO2. Yeasts are added for a secondary fermentation in bottle.
