The wine offers vibrant and notes of citrus blossom honey, sweet lemon bar, apricot and key lime. Acid and fruit are nicely balanced on the long and persistent finish.
(90% Semillon/10% Sauvignon Blanc). The fruit was whole-cluster pressed to tank and allowed to settle. The must was racked off its solids into neutral fine-grained French oak for fermentation. Fifty percent of the wine was aged on its lees for seven months.
