Flavors of baked pear, lemon peel, and pineapple are buttressed by crisp acidity and mild tannins. Ten percent of the gross profit from this wine is donated to Foodlink, a regional food bank.
(80%Riesling/20% Chardonnay). Estate Riesling and Chardonnay from vineyards located on the NW shore of Seneca Lake was fermented in stainless steel (80%) and neutral barrels (20% Chardonnay with malolactic). Aromas of key lime pie, citrus blossom, floral notes, vanilla bean and wet gravel.
