Released for sale: Minimum two years and a half after vintage Harvesting: Half September for the Merlot, end September for the Syrah, first ten days of October for the Cabernet Sauvignon. Varietals: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah in different percentage referring to the year. Vinification: Temperature controlled fermentation in small stainless steel tanks with maceration on the skins for 15-16 days at 28-30°C. Malolactic fermentation also takes place. Maturation: 18-20 months in 225 lt. French oak barrels. Further bottle maturation: for a minimum two months. Bottling without filtering.
