This wine has an exotic nose with persimmons, guava and melons. Still very young, this wine has mouthwatering acidity that is balanced with a sweet core of citrus, melons and grapefruit zest. The salty minerality in the wine leads to a long tangelo finish. This wine would benefit from cellaring.
