Tasting Notes Straw yellow with bright green reflections.Almondblossom is distinct on the nose followed by floral notes of hawthorn and camomile leavingspace for a vegetal background. In the mouth it is well-structured, silky and enveloping. The alcohol is well supported by a fresh and fruity vein, leaving a pleasant aftertaste.
Wine Maker Notes After harvesting the grapes are separated from the stalks. The juice and pulp then undergo a maceration at controlled temperature followed by a light pressing which allows the separation of the grape-skins from the must. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats and the wine is left to refine for approximately six months beforebeing bottled.
Food Pairing Excellent with all types of fish. It also accompanies risottos and all first course dishes well.
