Tasting Notes A young red wine bursting at the seams with concentrated aromas of fresh red berry fruit and plums, supported by a fusion of shiraz spice and herbal tones from the merlot. Whiffs of cacao linger through the bouquet as the wine opens up in the glass. The palate displays concentrated plum and dark chocolate flavors, with a creamy mid-palate structure and soft, supple tannins which coatthe mouth from front to back, ending in a pleasant and lingering dark chocolate finish.
