Estate bottled, 100% Sangiovese grapes from the "Paretaio" vineyard. Malolactic fermentation in barriques for at least one year. Refining in the bottle for one year.
Goes well with red meats, heavy meat sauces, and soft and aged cheeses. A typical Tuscan dish would be "lepre in bianco", a rabbit dish.
