Tasting Notes Malolactic was blocked to retain fresh fruit flavors and vibrant acidity. The aroma has restrained Sauvignon grassiness coupled with ripe fruit characteristics, and crisp acidity.
Technical Notes Estate grown grapes from Balhannah and Woodside Vineyards were blended with sourced grapes from Adelaide Hills. The whole bunches were crushed, chilled and pressed before being fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
