Gato Negro is a well-known wine brand that has been winning awards in competitions across the globe for years. The wines are produced by one of Chile’s oldest and most respected wineries, Viña San Pedro.From deep ruby ??color with violet reflections. Its aroma is fruity, rich currants and plums with a hint of spice. On the palate it is soft and delicate. The tannins are sweet and aterciopaledos, which gives a long finish and very balanced.

Deep red color with intense violet tints. Fruity aromas, full of blackberries, blueberries and plums define the nose. A soft, rich mouth-feel with sweet, subtle tannins, lead to a round, lingering finish.

Fermentation/Maceration: In vats with controlled temperature, 7 days, at 24°C.Maceration: 14 days. 100% Malolactic Fermentation.Ageing: 10% of the wine in contact with oak during 3 months

Great to match red meats and pasta with tomato sauces. Serve at 15°-17°C.
