Grapes harvested at the beginning of April, originating from a selected vineyard in the Western foothills of the Coastal Mountain range; of low yield, providing a strong thermal moderation that combined with the soil texture favors slow maturity, thus, obtaining the maximum aromatic expression from a mature fruit basis.
