Wine Maker Notes
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 79ºF. Malolactic fermentation is followed by maturation in new French and American oak barrels for a period of 12 months. The wine spends an additional 6 months in bottle before being released.
