Very pale yellow. Slightly yeasty, with more baked lemon and light white floral notes. Medium-dry, fresh, smooth, and crisp, with an enjoyable long finish.
(50% Xarello/30% Macabeu/20% Parellada). The grapes are harvested, pressed, and fermented separately in stainless steel. After fermentation, the final blend is assembled and ages for 18 months on its lees in the bottle.
