This Unbridled Pinot Noir has generous cherry, blackberry and vanilla aromas with subtle savory notes. It's full-bodied with ripe fruit flavors and supple tannins, making it a good match for wine-braised beef short ribs, grilled Portobello mushrooms, or roast pork loin with a raspberry balsamic glaze. It is delicious now, and should mature nicely over the next five years. Typically sourced from small vineyard parcels in the southern part of Santa Barbara County, Unbridled Pinot Noir shows aromas of cherry, cinnamon, and garden herbs with rich flavors of strawberry and seasoned French oak.
