NOSE: Vinous, intense and characteristic, and becomes more delicate, ethereal, and pleasing, during aging.
PALATE: Dry and mostly abbocato and sapid, robust, proportionately tannic and harmonious.

VINIFICATION: 8 days of maceration at a temperature of 73-75 degrees.

Serve at room temperature. Uncork at least two hours before serving, so that as the temperature rises the wine is allowed to release its full complexity and aroma. Should be served during the first or second year after the harvest.
