Santa Ema Chardonnay Select Terroir

Santa Ema Chardonnay is made with selected grapes from the Maipo Valley. Bright golden-yellow in color with pleasing aromas of fresh fruit, ripe banana, and pineapple on the nose. The palate shows a well-balanced young and fruity wine with a refreshing finish. ColorBright, intense yellow. AromaIntense aromas of ripe tropical fruit, such as banana, yellow passion fruit and pineapple. PalateYoung and fruity, well-balanced, with a pleasing finish.

Pedro Pavone Voglino in 1917 emigrated from the famous winemaking region of Piamonte, Italy, to the Maipo Valley in Chile. Following his family’s traditions, Mr. Pavone planted carefully chosen European vine varieties, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc. Those grapes were sold to well-established Chilean wineries for over 20 years, until he decided, along with his son, Felix Pavone Arbea, to create the now prestigious Viña Santa Ema. Since its beginning the company has been focused on the production of high quality wines.

Drink with full-bodied fish, shellfish au gratin, white meats, and ripe cheeses.

A true bargain. A delicious, unoaked Chardonnay. Unbelievably low price.
