Black current, licorice and blackberry notes dominate the nose with hints of herbs, spice and oak. Rich fruit flavors are framed by velvety tannins.
(75% Merlot/15% Cabernet Franc/10% Cabernet Sauvignon). The individual varieties are sorted and transferred by gravity into vats of varying size, macerated and gently pressed in cement and stainless steel vats for fermentation. The wine was aged for 16-18 months in French oak (25% new), neutral oak (25%) and vats (50%).
