Initial aromas of passion fruit and citrus open up to reveal hints of pineapple. Its crisp acidity and persistent minerality nicely balances the round and plush white fruit expressions.
A blend of four separate lots: lots one and two were partially fermented in stainless steel barrels (no malolactic) and neutral oak barrels (partial malolactic). For the third lot, neutral barrels were used for the primary and malolactic fermentation. The remaining wine was fermented in a single Francois Freres barrel.
