Rose is the specialty of Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence. Each grape variety of this Rose is vinified separately in stainless steel tanks to preserve its natural character and is aged two to three months before blending. The wine’s subtle, yet expressive bouquet is met with crisp red fruit flavors. Chateau Beaulieu Rose is ideal as an aperitif and pairs well with grilled fish and crustaceans, as well as fruit-based desserts. Serve slightly chilled.
