Pretty notes of pear, white peach and apricot are nicely featured on the persistent finish.
The Vieilles Vignes is the flagship cuvee of the Domaine. Whole bunches of fruit were hand harvested from 44-62 year old vines planted on Portlandian and Kimmeridgian soils, gently crushed and fermented in stainless steel with 100% malolactic. The majority of the wine matured in tank and the remainder in neutral oak barrels for nine months. After blending, the wine matured in tank for an additional three months.
