Aromas of red cherry, red currant, pomegranate, and black truffle with a hint of sage. The lively palate offers flavors of dark chocolate, black cherry, blueberry and juicy red plum. The tannins are smooth, round and succulent.
(98% Cabernet Sauvignon/2% Petit Verdot). The fruit was cold soaked for five days. During fermentation the wine macerated for 7-14 days with daily pump overs. Matured for 22 months in French oak (70% new). Deep in color, very dense and concentrated.
