With dark ruby color of remarkable depth, there is awonderful richness, complexity and concentration in thisCabernet Sauvignon. Red berries, smoke, chocolate andpure fruit dominate the aroma and flavors of this wine. Itis intense and exquisite. Ideal with red meat, duck, pork ordeer. Drink it at 16ºC – 18ºC.
The grapes are produced in Colchagua (85 %) and Maule(15 %) Valleys. Colchagua valley provides red fruits and soft tannins to the wine. Maule valley provides a good level of acidity and full body style. The yield is strictly controlled in 8 ton/ha.
