Light, floral notes and bright apple aromas combine on the bouquet. On the palate the Pinot Grigio lends its fresh crisp fruit flavors while the Chardonnay adds body and richness. Finishes clean and crisp with a touch of citrus.
Grapes are harvested by hand, starting with Pinot Grigio in the first few days of September and followed a week later by the Chardonnay. After a light pressing and fermentation, the two varieties are blended together and spend the next three months in stainless steel tanks maintained at a cool temperature to accentuate the floral-fruit characteristics of this wine.
