Wine Maker Notes
Located near the Cesari cellar in Cavaion Veronese in the province of Verona, the Boscarel vineyard is comprised of morainic, alluvial soil. Each varietal is fermented and macerated separately after which they are blended together to undergo malolactic fermentation and left to rest for six months. With intense aromas of blueberry and raspberry, this full-bodied wine is balanced by soft tannins and a lingering finish. Pair this wine with red meats, game, and aged cheeses.
