2011 ADARA
Named after a star in the Canis Major constellation, our 2011 Adara is a blend of Mourvedre, Cinnsault, Syrah and Grenache. It has soft tannins and lively fresh fruit flavors and aromas of strawberries, plums and wild blueberries with hints of sage and lavender. Adara can be enjoyed alone, or with a wide variety of foods including pasta, pork, chicken and lamb.
