(100% Gamay). The fruit for this wine was harvested from vines planted in 1965, 1990, and 2010 to clay and limestone soils. The grapes were sorted by hand before fermenting naturally in stainless steel for 10 days. The wine aged for six months in steel tanks before bottling. The flagship cuvee of the estate, this wine combines concentration with freshness.
