Nose : Fresh red fruit aromas (raspberry, strawberry, blackcurrant) quite typical of Pinot Noir.Palate : The fruity taste is supported by a good tannic structure which carries the wine without hardening it.Laying : Drink after two or three years or lay down for four to six years depending on the vintages.

Age of the vines40 years average.Harvesting100% Manual.Destemming90% Destemmed.WinemakingAfter a rigorous selection of the grapes, they are destemmed then put into concrete tanks. Cold maceration during ten days or so with treading and pumping over, then alcoholic maceration during eight days. After the press wine is racked and blended, the wine is put in barrelsAlcohol13% Vol.
