Wine Maker Notes
Tuscany provides an ideal terroir for Sangiovese grapes, the dominant varietal in this Chianti. Vinified in stainless steel, the wine is aged in both stainless steel and oak and then cellared in bottle. This bold wine boasts aromas of raspberry and cherry intermingled with violet flower and tea leaves. Luiano Chianti is the perfect accompaniment to traditional Tuscan dishes like pappa di pomodoro or crostini al fegato.
