Bright, garnet-red in color, the Five Rivers Restaurant Select Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits vibrant aromas of berry and lightly toasted oak. Smooth, and well-structured on the palate, with rich fruit flavors, a hint of vanilla spice and a lush lasting finish.
The grapes are harvested during a 2-3 week period during the middle and end of October. The wine is aged in a combination of oak barrels (with some new oak influence) and stainless steel tanks.
