Aromas of pineapple, guava and passion fruit, accented by citrus tones of lime and orange, with notes of fresh herbs and grass. The mouthfeel and texture are elegant and bright with a juicy acidity on the finish.
Depending on the vintage, up to 50% of the fruit is sourced from Fig Tree vineyard. The hand-picked and hand-sorted fruit was whole cluster pressed into stainless steel tanks and fermented with native and cultured yeasts. Malolactic fermentation was blocked to retain natural acidity and freshness. The wine aged 4-6 months on light lees.
