Attractive aromas of oak spice and violets precede vivid redcurrant and damson flavors, framed by balanced acidity and supply tannins on a long, fresh and complex finish.
(48% Syrah/42% Cabernet Sauvignon/10% Petit Verdot). The varieties were matured separately for 6 months in French oak (50% new) before the lots were blended and aged for an additional nine months.
A deep ruby edged with a youthful ruby rim, the presents enticing notes of oak spice and violets. On the palate are vivid flavors of redcurrant, and damson, framed by supple tannins, and carried by a fine thread of acidity. The finish is long, fresh and complex.
