At Masút we practice small block, hands-on farming.
In the cellar we use gentle winemaking, hand-sorting
and de-stemming whole berries into small fermenters. Following a 4-6 day cold soak, native and selected yeasts activated fermentation. This Pinot Noir aged 11 months in French oak barrels with extended lees contact. We bottled it unfined and unfiltered. Production is 8400 bottles.
