A light pale yellow, the wine presents intense notes of white fruit and citrus. It offers a good balance between crisp, mouthwatering acidity and fruity, lemony, grassy flavors.
(70% Sauvignon/20% Semillon/10% Muscadelle). After harvesting, the fruit passes through an optical sorting machine. The Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle have 18 to 24 hours of skin contact before being pressed, while the Semillon is pressed after arriving in the cellar. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at 60°F in order to maintain freshness. After ageing on its fine lees for three months, the wines were blended and bottled.
