Luscious fruit, clean, racy acidity. This is German Riesling as it should be: loads of peach, apricot, and white flower aromas with a touch of minerality for structure. On the palate, the wine is smooth and soft. Chill the wine, cook some shellfish, spicy barbecue, or crab cakes and serve this wine.
Ripe white peach aromas are buttressed by mouthwatering acidity, wet stone and spice notes.
Planted on iron rich slate, the majority of the Riesling was harvested from the grand cru Urzinger Wurtzgarten Vineyard.
