Wines That Rock Merlot Rolling Stones Forty Licks

Born of two great passions- With Forty Licks blasting in the cellar, the winemaker crafted this custom Merlot from premium Mendocino County fruit, blending a one-of-a-kind wine with Rock & Roll mythology. Aromas of cherries, with hints of vanilla and apricot. Flavors of raspberry and strawberry, with a black cherry and vanilla finish. Pop the cork and turn it up!

To capture the essence of Forty Licks, the 40 tracks that cover the Rolling Stones’ career, Winemaker Mark Beaman chose to work with Merlot. This varietal captures the comfort of turning to a solid classic that stands the test of time. Much like the band itself, Mendocino County winemaking stays true to its roots with a consistent and confident character not caught up in fads or trends. Cherries with hints of cinnamon and spice. Flavors of raspberry and strawberry with black cherry and a spicy finish.
